I use some pretty small ones on smaller water, like 1”-2”. Never thought of doing cougars that small. Really like the idea of a fat profile and short length like a sculpin or stickleback.

Funny you should ask. I tied these back in 1997. Thought I had given all of them away but found a few in one of my old boxes.

I called the miniature versions 'Zoo Pup's.

They worked well enough to land a 28" resident Brown on the Jordan back in the day.

These micro streamers are a Reese's cup for big fish, at least that's the working theory. Also super fun to fish
