Not sure where you are, im in Leelanau county. Closest guy I could find when I was using it 6 or 7 years ago was in Cadillac, he worked out of his garage so i just dropped it off in his yard and picked it up in the garage.
Never met the guy, left some cash on his work bench and it kept working fine until I switched to a battery auger.
I called maybe 6 spots before I found someone to work on it.
