I’d like to go hunting today and the wind is going in the wrong way for my spot, do you think deer can smell you still if you are in an enclosed blind?
Also, will deer still feed in large ag fields in 20 mph wind or will they stay in the cover?

Yes, but I bet they will wait until dark, try setting up 75 yards into the woodlot that may travel through.

 

They'll smell you, but if it's windy they may not know where you are and just go an alert. Ever tried to hide from your dog?

You could use a heater in the blind it will help with thermal scent uplift

I have seen dogs find dope inside a sealed bag, coated with pepper - sealed inside another bag and hidden inside the back seat cushions in the galley of a sailboat.

Yeah - a deer can smell you in a pop up blind.
