Should extra points be given to the 60 and older crowd in next year's deer hunting contest?
I vote YES! .... since they are just the 20% fringe ("Lunatic Fringe" maybe?) :D

I was thinking about lwtting my 9 year old make a account here soon. Lots to learn and different perspectives to think about. My 3 year old boy will be another hunter. Always runs around pretending he is hunting deer. Can't wait until I have the whole crew including my 1 yr old daughter as my deer dragging team!

Is there a age restriction around here? I startes here when I was 14 and learned a ton and met some great folks. Kind of miss some of the crew that isn't around anymore....

I'll sticky this one for awhile to see if participant numbers keep growing, and maybe for those interested future reference.

Reactions: Wild Thing
Well since nobody's talking on this thread, this place seems a little dead lately, and I'm not a Facebook person!

Here we go

Staring down the barrel of the big six o,
I have some advice for you younger guys!
Stay young and wild as long as you can!

How bout the gimp in a chair that still shoots a compound ?? Think I should get bow points for a gun kill ;).... Only kidding !

36 today, happy bday to me :)

If I change my vote do I get younger?

Just saw this old thread and voted. I'm 8 in dog years so that's what I plugged in....

I wonder if the data derived from this so called poll / "study" will start the advertisement crap towards a particular drug commercial like the weather channel does??? If so I guess I should have said I was 18 so I could see some Hooters when I hit the stupid political forum...

Wonder if we'd get a different demographic if we posted in one of the fishing forums?
Of course we would, because we know how honestly fishermen answer questions.:hide:

I can personally attest to the effectiveness of the catch-and-release movement; both the number and size of fish I have landed have increased by at a minimum of 50% as a result. A stealthy approach has contributed handsomely, as my results clearly improve when I fish alone.
