'Better than staying home:' Camp is all fun and games for youngsters
CEDAR SPRINGS -- Staying after school on Thursdays certainly isn't a punishment for Christina Pangborn.
Christina, 10, is one of about 15 Cedar Springs students taking part in a new after-school program organized by Camp Blodgett. Students ages 8 to 13 come to Cedar View Elementary School from 3:20-5:30 p.m. once each week to play games, learn and get a snack -- all for free.
