Anybody know what’s going on with this rig looks like maybe Colchester or Holiday Beach area?

Went out off Fermi yesterday and only got a few very slow. I took this picture from obviously a great distance and zoomed in as much as I could

Just curious if anyone on the Queens side knows what that rig is offshore for?

Hopefully not for windmills in the water but just thought I would inquire.

The barge was filled with weeds cut from canals and docks. Pulled off shore and with a offshore wind the weeds were dumped into the lake to drift away.😁😁😁😁

Ha yeah then it started scooping brown trout left from the river overflowages
