Seen a drake Woodduck on the Thornapple at Hastings Monday 1-17-11. It was with a bunch of mallards. I think i could see him shivering!

I have seen Wood Ducks around in February around here on warmer years. I have to admit, it is strange hearing the whistle on the river in February.
