[Northbound]

I recieved my Antlerless permit. My Hunting partner did not recieve one for the same area.
Yet there are over 500 left over permits in that area that will go on sale September 25th.
Why doesn't the D.N.R. issue permits to ALL those who apply, Then put the left overs( if any) up for grabs in September????

I would suspect that there was something wrong with the application. Could be a number of things. If your partner moved and never changed his address, the license agent punched in the wrong driver's license number are just a few. If he just did not get a card saying he was successful then have him call the local District Office, they have successful applicant lists by name. Was it for general or private land?
