We did a leg of lamb in the smoker. Should have taken a picture. First time smoking lamb. I've grilled legs lots of times, but never smoked it. Came out perfect at medium rare and very tender. Made some tzatziki sauce to serve with it. It was great.

Smoked venison ham....Apple wood smoke after overnight salt brine and injecting with Apple cider and Apple cider vinegar...mmmm-mmmm good!!

Swimming in Lake Michigan Saturday morning, came out of my smoker Monday evening.

Cherry wood smoked to 120F, then reverse seared to a medium rare 135F....my new favorite cut..."Tomahawk ribeye steaks!!"

So, confession time. Wife bought a turkey after thanksgiving a ‘few years’ back (on sale, cheap). We put it in the freezer, and forgot about it (for about five years). Figured since the smoker was already set up, might as well make turkey dinner for our chickens.

They eat pretty much everything. insects, mice, birds, snakes, whatever they can catch!

Heck even Cows will eat other Cows. Isn't that were Mad Cow disease originated from?? Farmers attempting to recycle the protein back in to the herd.
