Just wondering yesterday as i watched my bobber, what is causing this slow bite ? A lot of us are experiencing this for the last few weeks. Sure you see a good catch here and there but for the most part, not to many limits coming off our lakes. Conditions are perfect in most cases but I can't mark any fish anywhere unless they are laying on their sides, on the bottom.
I often wonder if like the larger unknown number of deer we lost with that EHD disaster maybe we lost a lot more fish last winter with the thicker ice and cold temps/lack of oxygen, then we realized ! At least the panfish will recover faster than the deer !
