Was in the Port Huron area over the weekend with the family. Father in law and I hit the area just north of the BWB on both Sat and Sun mornings. After getting a limit on Memorial Day a few weeks ago we where almost shut out (one on Sat, none on Sun) Slow troll with the current and BB with harnesses......Oh well, as the old man likes to say, thats why they call it fishin and not catching.:D

Did anyone check the hole on the queens side?

It's funny because on Saturday there were about 100 boats on the US side vs 5 boats on the Canadian. Sunday morning was looking scary weather wise and there were about 5 boats on both sides. Talked to a couple at the launch on Saturday that was fishing on the Canadian side and they said they had their limit.

another tip....keep your trolling motor moving to keep blades spinning.
too slow and you will get nothing.
