I was really looking forward to hitting the lake this weekend and chasing some northerns on the fly. 20-25 knot winds all weekend? GEEZ. Guess I'll see you guys standing on shore chucking hardware. I had better bring my brightest colors too, that water is going to be dirty.

WE are hitting the the detroit in a 14 foot boat saturday. The winds will be OK, about 10-15 mph, but, could get a little rough in a 14ft boat.

Hope to get up to the wall, south end by the water plant, at port huron with the kid this afternoon. He wants to try his new rod out(actually gave him one of my older rods he can call his).
