yeah there are still fish, but i dont think they will be around much longer. these storms that are supposed to come is really gonna warm up the water. another week and it should start slowing down, i believe, have been wrong before.
We took 4 keepers and threw back about half dozen small ones. Fishing between railroad bridge and center street bridge. I was wonder how the fishing has been down stream where the rivers come together? Thinking about going again this weekend and maybe begining of next week.
You can throw raps from shore, but be prepared to lose some. If you find a clear area Rapalas, hot'n'tots, or a jig with a twister tail works. We have been doing good on the Titt since last Thursday. We have boated 60 keepers since last Thursday, and have had 33 throwbacks. They are in there but as posted before I also think they will be gone soon with this rain.
