Looking for some info on the Dowagiac, I have fished at the dam before, but wondering how far you can wade down the river from there, also thinking might take the pontoon, wondering were the next point to take out would be. any information would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the site! However, I predict Quest will have this one closed down in...3...2...1

Wish a few of these mods would have as quick a trigger finger with locking reports on my home rivers as fast as they do theirs. ;)

If you walk downstream it is illegal to make one step on land to do so, either going up or downstream. Also those laws about being able to step on shore in order to get around obstructions? They don't count as it is not considered a navigable waterway. So in order to go downstream past the park you have to stay in the water at all times unless you want a hefty fine. It will be being policed this year very heavily... Also this river is not to be posted on here what so ever, I believe the rules clearly state which rivers can be posted on...
