I want to jump into the insulated breathable wader era...
I am 6'-0" and weigh 175 on a heavy day, wear size 10. I ordered a pair of the Cabela's Northern Flight front zip's, they came in yesterday, boots fit great....waders looked like a deflated balloon. No synch straps, loose...looked like Jared from Subway in a pair of his old jeans.
Anyone have any suggestions on waders, I'm eyeing the Drake series or the Roger's Sporting Good series. Was going to give front zips a whirl as I have been eyeing that style for a while, but also understand the possible issue with a front zipper design. So I am open to any suggestions. Roger's offers waders in "slim" fit, maybe that's the route.
All else fails I will go back to the Cabela's SuperMag's as the last pair is on 5 years with only 1 repair made. I really want to get on the breathable wave with all the moving around I do during waterfowl, river and trapping.
