State frowns on drowning of skunks, but it's not illegal

Some state wildlife-management employees have been telling people it's OK to drown nuisance animals such as skunks.

Those that disapprove of the lethal tactics should volunteer to take care of the problem free of charge. If not, then shut up

the trappes should just relocate those skunks to the back steps of the copmplainers and let them take care of the skunks.

I agree with multibeard. They probably wouldn't have any problem with drowning the skunks if they had to deal with them.
