No school employees are excluded from being able to receive the vaccine, doesn't matter what your role is. Most likely the local health department doesn't have enough doses for everyone simultaneously, so they've prioritized who will get them first. Typically special ed teachers and aides that work with special needs kids first and/or staff over 50. It will take a while to get everyone, but they're all grouped within the same Phase.

she can be a quack, or a hoax, it doesnt matter too me. is her, and thousands of other doctors message a hoax? its not a vaccine under the legal terms and the majority of the population can use prophylaxes and therapeutic meds against the virus. these doctors are using the same case study info thats available to anyone, to make their assertions.
