I processed my own last year but most of it was turned into burger or sausage. Unfortunately, most of THAT went in the garbage after the downstairs fridge went out for a week and I didn't catch it in time.

I have the diagrams and all that, but I'd really like someone to SHOW me how to get all the quality cuts from the deer. I took a good sized doe this morning and would like to learn the right way to process it.

Anyone in Oakland County (Troy, Rochester, Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Hills) that wants show me?:D

If I didn't have out of town guests I would be glad to get ya pointed in the right direction.

Due to the warmer weather, I am going to start processing this girl right now.

I have the diagrams and have read some of the links in this forum.

I just like to have someone show me the ins and outs.
