I had a trailer hitch on our leased 2000 Jimmy. I am not sure what other years this hitch will fit, but I would bet it would fit a wide range. I took it off before turning in the Jimmy. It is a DrawTite hitch with a little bit of rust but still in great shape. It cost me $260 when I bought it new.
