Timing Question

For those of you who have been fishing the river lately can you say if a certain time period has been more productive for you than others? Not really sure why I ask but am just curious.

Early afternoon to evening has been pretty good. Shore fishing the tribs is good right at and before dark

Almost shut down completely hour before dark on the sag last night with a steady bite prior to that.
