time to sell some beagles

With a daughter in college, lower work hours I finally came to the hard choise to reduce some of my things and to reduce my time commitments. Because of this I am selling out of my beagles and plan on getting back in in a few years after kids are out of college and time and bucks are around.
Folks..I have no pictures or a camera sorry. Dogs looking for a great home perferabley with a hunter that knows beagles.

#1- 3 Year old female, Rebba...Poe(Tank bloodline) on Top, Gum Creek Blue Bell on bottom- Red/white- Good jump dog, medium speed, plenty of hunt, huge heart, good warm nose. AKC, NKC registered. She is house trainned but stays nights in kennel.

#2-3 female pups with Tank on top, Rebba on bottom. Right now they are 16 weeks old, all shots, AKC registerd. Right now they are shapping up as some smart dogs. I have had them in the field, they are not gun shy, come on command and have been exposed to wild rabbits, all are killers and wanted to rip into the dead rabbits. (A very good sign)

#3 Two off the ground kennels, one has wire mesh floor, other is solid bottom.

For prices, drop me a note at [email protected]. I will make one heck of a deal for someone who is ready to take the whole set up.

I hate to sell but have to do what is right for the family. Give me a email at [email protected]. I tend to get email quicker than PMs.

Folks, I have hunted with Dave and Reba. One rabbit chasing machine.

Dave, check your PM. I talked to the two guys we hunted with a couple weeks ago, and they are interested still.

Dave, How ya beem???Haven't heard from ya in awhile. Hope all is well with you & your family. You made a good move getting out of Area "A" when you did.It reminds me of that Mel Gibson movie-Thunderdome!!!Anything goes.

Sorry to hear you're selling out. You gotta do what's right for you & your family that's for sure.Maybe give ole Redtick a call he may be able to help ya out!!!:D Rebba's the real deal so you shouldn't have a problem selling her.Things are going well for us right now so I have nothing to complain about that's for sure.On the dog front I'm real pleased with Faith & I'll leave it at that so I don't sound like I'm bragging up my own dogs. You know you might have a good dog when other hunters do your bragging for your dog -if ya know what I mean.:) I learned a long time ago not to brag up my dogs because they'll make a liar out of me everytime!!! :D Take it easy & stay in touch.

Well folks, sort of choked up but I just watched my Rebba dog leave with her new owner and it looks like she is going to have some great hunting at her new home. Rob McCoy has the pups, they will have every chance to become champions under his guidance for sure.

Yep Rob, will send in a donation to the web site as you mentioned in another post.

Thank too all who ask about the dogs.

Tony my friend, yes it has been too darn long since we talked. I am going to come off midnights sometime in April so hopefully we can catch up over a lunch.
Great news about Faith, I remember all too well how you were ready to feed her a .22 in the head a few times as a pup and often I heard you say never get a pup again. Sound like all of the worrying and frustration is over. The fella who took Rebba is a **** hunter, out of Belville (Runs walkers and one Plott) has seen you on line and wants to get out to Onstead and hunt sometime.
I figure once the kids are done with college and there is more time I can pick up a dog for winter fun. It sure has been a good experience.

Got to be very tough for you. I am impressed with someone being able to prioritize things in hard times and put their family first. I have a lot of respect for you. On a side note, your pups are in good hands with Rob.
