Time to hit the river banks!

I have found that this time of year, when the turkeys aren't gobbling and the steelhead have left a majority of the local waters in SW Michigan, one of the best things to do is slow down and hit the river banks with crawlers. Super easy and fun to do, with lots of action and the chance at catching almost any species that swims in our waters. If anyone is interested, my buddy @ELstern and I made this video for our youtube channel showing how we rig up and a fun day of setting hooks! Tight lines!

Us Bank Billies unite. I still have a banjo to play when y'all come on up and camp with the paddle faster I hear banjo's bumper stickers :fish:

Good job and presentation in the beginning was very informative for someone just starting out. I like videos like yours that are straight and to the point!!! I hate it when people try and be funny and goofy, people are watching to learn not watch a comedian. Oh and by the way those bucks you have on the floor behind you are a distraction

. Keep up the good work and that sure takes this old man back to simpler days of fishing with family and friends!!

Stand by for some big gills when I'm home from north ! Cool video buddy. Can't beat shore bite. Kick back relax and catch. Someone other day says "who sucker fishes" my question to them was who don't!?

Thank you, really appreciated the feedback! Figure it is a very simply and fun way to fish that it seems not many people do anymore!

Heck ya! Suckers, cats, big gills, bass, walleyes. Everything bites doing it! Hard to beat enjoying a nice day in a lawn chair watching the rod tip bend.
And yea this fall will be an adventure! We shall see!
