So, I bought five different kinds of YUM baits from K-Mart today.

Then I got on the water. I rigged ONE and fished with it for two hours. My wife was using the same one. We both caught two bass and lost one each.

Probably should have switched, but I knew it would have meant tieing new knots, re-rigging, etc.

So how long do you fish with the same lure before you switch?

Do you have everything pre-rigged?

Like with SENKO's or YUM's...do you pre-rig one with a hook and just leave it in the bag? (I think I will do this tomorrow evening).

I think I would probably catch more fish if I was more organized.

This is why bass/tournament fisherman especially have many rods pre-rigged with diff baits. Re-tying is time wasted.

If you are confident the area you are in has fish, fish it fairly thoroughly with each lure before you switch or until you get sick of not catching anything with the lure.

But having a rod for each of the main types, helps so much.
