Just wondering if anyone in northern Michigan can give me a VERY approximate price for 10 acres of Oak timber?

I'm not sure what the prices are right now but i know that it makes a difference in what kind of oak it is.

out. Tell them you want to talk to an timber cruiser he charges you if you sell your timber but he can get you the best price and he doe's it for an commission. RB1
