200 cast days for 2 hookups!
Sounds about right. First trip was on the Muskegon in February. 10 degrees was the high. 6 hours of casting to catch one fish on the very last cast. I don't know how we landed it with everything being frozen to the boat but we did.

The very last cast, because you finally caught a fish! lol. I've had more winter Steelheading days like that, than I can count. Nice fish, and that looks like a beautiful sunny winter day.
Actually the guide said one more cast and we are headed in. It was already after 6 and we were supposed to quit an hour earlier. He was determined to get me into a fish though. I don't think I thawed out until the next morning. lol
