I was in Lextington this afternoon, and Lake Huron was brown muddy color, at least 1 mile out (could see bluer color way way out there)

This is what it looked like around 8 last night just before it got pitch black

Was there most of the the day yesterday. Fished till 6:30. Saw 4 walleye caught and two Whitefish with 20 rods in the water. I would consider that a slow day. Water looked great perfect green color. Just no fish the ones that were biting were very light bites. I would not be busting down the doors to get here.

Small spoons is what I've been using. I'm new to fishing the area but I observed what I can and I've gotten a ton of advice. The other day I was fishing I was even doing well on standard silver streaks but the smaller spoons are more popular. Just use flutter style spoons. Some even use cranks on the bottom line and a spoon on a slider above it

What's the wind like? Still sitting here. Debating on driving up.

Wind was strong and the almost too much.

Casting was tougher but okay. Casting jigs would be a pain IMO.

Fished the wall for 5 hours this morning, only had one hit but it came off after a couple cranks of the reel handle. Slow day for everyone down there, 3 foot visibility. Highlight of the day was watching a Beaver swim past us going downstream.

I was there before 10 spoke with Charlote and John who was fishing at the end towards the Black. He said he only saw one silver and one eye caught ? It was crowded so I moved south.

How did he do ???

Hit the wall last night had my limit of eyes before 10 dude next to me caught a nice steelhead but I didn’t get any silver fish
