Reseeded some more clover for bald spots
I agree..Frost seed in March it'll really thicken it up.... Are them 2 different plots? #2 pic looks great, #1 yes you need to thicken it up, and it looks like you cut it to low. Deer around my clover plots seem to hit it when it is 6-10" tall.

I would leave it and oversees it with oats/wheat late in the fall around Labor Day. Real cheap and The plot will be like candy for the deer.



Monoculture isn't always great for deer.

The fruit trees are a great idea!

yes deer use the tub, i fill the tub about 20% with dirt for smell and vitamin/minerals for the deer. to help get the deer to face the way i want i plant larger dogwood shrubs close together to block off sides of the tub. can do this with dead branches also but i like dogwoods because it gives the deer another food source to browse.
