CO Paul Higashi has been awarded the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) Conservation Officer of the Year Award at a banquet in Lansing. CO Higashi was recognized for his turkey enforcement and for his promotion of turkey hunting to youth at various NWTF youth days.
