Happy new year boys. It’s been fun. I was able to get another doe tonight. 220 yards with the 450. Hit right where I was aiming. Have a safe winter and I’ll see you guys in the contest again next year.

It's been a true pleasure being on a team with you guys! Pretty awesome showing, definitely the highest scoring team I have ever been on. This group is definitely championship caliber it just didn't work out this time around. Good luck to all of you in your future endeavors and see you all around here in the future.

Haayy.. Yes, sorry for the delay. All is well.
I went out that night, and let one fly at a big doe. Still don't know what happened, shot looked good until the arrown seemed to ricochet off the deer, deflected like 60*. No penetration, but hair and blood. I tracked her for 300 yards or more bleeding slightly but never bedded and walked like a healthy deer. Maybe I hit a twig right on front of there that I didn't see.
Thank you guys very much for posting my deer, I am dumb, I thought it was already posted. I traveled for the holidays and am now traveling for work, sorry for the ghosting.
It was a real pleasure being on this team and I think this is the closest I have ever come to winning. I am usually good for more points than this, but I didn't get to hunt much at all late season.
I'm hunting tonight. If I stick a doe with a bow will that help?

Side note, long story short I am most likely losing my spot on the lease in SE Ohio. This means I am looking to make plans for a new destination spot. I am open to about anything. I am daydreaming lately about something out West, Ohio is a lame place to take a vacation. If any of you come across an opportunity or have any ideas I would love to talk it over. I have a reasonable budget, but not wide open. The Canadian hunts I am looking at are 10k and I certainly can't do that next year.
