I buy all of my bait at MC. That is the closest you will get to West Bay. I had been catching alot of 10-12" perch but I havent been out in almost 2 weeks and my buddies said it has slowed and the fish have gotten smaller. My best luck was on minnows for the big perch but I caught alot of keepers on wigglers. I dig my own wigglers and fresh wigglers really work better than the store boughts. I was catching 30 fish while people around me were getting a couple. Depending on where you are coming from Stelmon there may be a bait shop closer but MC is the most central location.
