i would like to icefish this lake this winter and i have never been there. I really don't care what i catch as long as its something. Would like ice thickness and any info to this lake would be helpful.

its a difficult lake to figure out. Somedays I'll bring home 15-20 crappies and the next nothing. Stevenson is usually the first lake I hit for ice fishing, its mainly a tradition thing, after that its on to other lakes. If the weather holds I'll probably fish between christmas and new years.

you should pretty much have it to yourself for awhile, that area is right in the heart of the current snow storm were getting.,predicted amounts of 12'' for that area:yikes:
