Do not try this at home !

Six mile an hour current, 100 feet from shore, St Clair River
Noodle rod in hand, just south of Port Huron, MI on the Canadian Side.

A fishing friend thought it would be a good idea to walk out in 4 feet of water with waders on, through the ice to get on an iceberg snagged on a rock in the swift moving river. The berg was caught on a shallow shelf next to the 30 foot dropoff.

I asked him what he would do when the iceberg broke free,
he said " I had not thought that far ahead ..."

That sure does look like the Lambton power plant warm water discharge access site.....Used to pick up some quick limits in that warm water flow.

Yea, but the cormorants will all be there eating all the bait befoe the fish can get to it.....did you see them there last spring?
