Wouldnt expect any shelf ice or such with this warm up. Current tends to break that up pretty quick.

Probably the only place it is fishable however, would be just up from Smith and just down from Chase. Roads off Mason Tract Pathway Road are not plowed and I am sure are a complete mess.

Its good for those "Tract" Fish to get a break anyway....they get hit way too hard all summer.

The river looks great. Was up on sunday. No shelf ice to speak of. You will not get down the mason track trails though. We tried. Got 100 yards down the road and the Four weel drive sunk down to the frame. Had a fun time getting it out. The road looks ok because the snowmobiles have it matted down. The snow in the woods is about 3.5 to 4 feet. Went rabbit hunting with snowshoes and my friend fell a couple of times and took a few minutes too get up because he couldent reach ground with his hand.
