man,,, thats some tuff walking in the woods right now. and my rat terrier just can't get around with the snow deeper then she is.
still got one , and sometimes those singles are the best.:fish:

I have been having a rough time with it also, my cur is gettin around good but seems like them squirrels aren't moving too much. We managed 1 yesterday but the other 2 went into den trees. I've been hunting edges of standing corn. While the dog was treeing I seen another trying to get into the woods out of te corn. Thing looked like it was swimming trying to get to a tree. Definitely a tough hunt this winter.

My terrier is not pleased with me. Took him to the vet when he thought we were headed to the woods.
Been watching this years young around the house. Grays and blacks, but today saw a jumbo fox squirrel on a limb by the road.

A tough week to be a squirrel though. One black works the neighbors feeder but the rest are workin hard for calories.
Lost track of a gray at dark yesterday but think it went onto the nest it was next too. Brrrrr.
