I'm off on vacation these next couple weeks. It looks like the snow is not going to melt before christmas this year. In fact it's kinda starting to stack up over here. Between the cold weather and snow pack I'm wondering if maybe this year will see less hunting pressure around us for the holidays? I'm hoping anyway.
The extended doe season starts this coming monday. As for me I'll be sitting in my tree stand with my bow. And no amount of cold or snow is going to keep me from it! In fact I say bring it on :)
Anyone else got plans for hunting during the holidays?

I get the Friday and Monday off for both Christmas and New Years, so I decided to take the three days of work off in between and have 11 days or so off. I'll be hitting the late doe season in Kent County, I have 80 acres to hunt that's loaded with Does. Bring on the Jerky :) Along with a Duck/goose hunt on New Years Eve/Day and maybe a pheasant hunt and ice fishing, I'm looking forward to it.
