This is my first attempt at smoking in sub artic Temps in the Soo. So far I am extremely impressed!! Holding temp for over a hour with a west wind of 20mph or more and it's 19 degrees out! It's totally exposed to the wind too, no place to hide her out of the wind. I have her for 4 yrs now and have never had a problem with it holding temps. Doing up some ABT'S for a party tonight.
