Both. Most fixed heads will get you close enough but that's not what they advertise.
However, from what I hear those slick tricks leave one heck of a hole. So if you have a dealer near you that carry them, a little extra tuning afterwords to get them flying right with your fp would be worth the effort. Not to mention they have an all steel ferule which is very strong and reusable.
