I know a lot of people have fancy ways of making their walleye and perch when they cook it. But for me it always tastes best with walleye I just cook it in some butter a little bit of salt pepper and some onion powder and for me it tastes fantastic that way and to me the best.

Even less seasoning for my son.....he eats everything plain....walleye-perch-venison-chicken-pork-etc.!!!!
Maybe a little ketchup on his burger but everything else is plain.
