Heading up Friday mornig plan on bring on the ice around 8:30. Looking for and update on ice conditions in cooks bay
I appreciate the info. I pulled the plug on the trip around 2:00pm today. Pointing the truck north tomorrow to cedarville hesselWe pulled the plug about noon... ended up with 96 between us.
Lots of water came down today. Some areas had more than others. Hit a couple slush fields too. There was only 4-8" of ice to begin with .
Creek in front of caseys was flowing pretty good when we came in... sure it will be for a few days.
Thanks for the update SS. Have you crossed the crack that is about 1.5 miles out of PB? Or are you working the area inside it to shore? I'm coming back this Thursday and wondering how the ice conditions are? Good luck and stay safe.Turned and burned... ice is in decent condition. 3 white and 3 clear. No snow or slush. Word on the street is the cracks are working in spots.
Fish are still around.... 2 man of 9's few 11s and 12s
