Is there a bait shop near the zilwalkie bridge launch? Im new to fishing the river plus im 1.5 hours away. Any one fishing on the ice yet? Any help will be apprecatied.

Go to sticky in Saginaw bay forum to get info on bait shops and access, and check thru forum for ice info

Ice is just gettin to the safe point im goin out thursday to do some recon on the ice check in the bay forum for the most uptodate ice info. And as for a bait shop around there i dont know i get all my bait at michigan sportsman or franks.... David....

Gander Mt. is only a couple miles West of Zilwaukee on Tittabawassee Rd and I-675. They have minnows, waxies, maggots, etc.
There's a small party store in Zilwaukee one block South of Tittabawassee Rd. (which dead ends at the river). at Westervelt , they may have bait. Cold beer for sure.:evil:

There's a bait shop right by the zilwaukee boat launch. It's a convenient store just west of the railroad crossing
