Rod building question

I would like to know if any of you rod builders have tried any of the "OutCast" blanks being made in Hawaii. They are supposed to have a full line of freshwater blanks but I have not seen any yet.

I was told by the owner that they will be reviewed in the next issue of RodMaker (GREAT magazine - www.rodmakermagazine.com)but I don't want to wait.

Any opinions on them? Are they worth the money? Thanks.
