Hit the river last night in B.C. Marked tons of fish. Caught 2 "18 and a couple of shorts. 20' of water. Fish liked wonderbread dojigger and pokadot cleo w/ minnow head. Tried raps, jigs... No wonder they were picky, when I cleaned them they were loaded with minnows. Good night, tad windy to say the least.

Guessing the current was pretty much nonexistent ? Never used do jiggers on the river before. Hoping things pick up this week.

You are right, no current but we have been getting them on spoons even if the current is strong just have to let out more line until you hit bottom. I do this with one line and use something else on the other pole so it is vertical and can see with vex.
