Well the shanty is up in the rafters... took 10 last night in the 11 to 12 range and 20 this morning again in the 11 to 12 range... all on minnows with a gold hook two minnows per hook using a thill bobber... all the fish came in about 10 fow in front of metro... last ice is going to be good but with the rain and wind it will have to wait till next week for me...

My hat is off to you men you guys know there aint a fish anywhere worth risking your life over. Don't get me wrong i love to ice fish but i love my life also !!!!;) p.s. mine is put away also

headed out right now to put mine up..... on the ice that is...well maybe i wont need it its plenty warm, and over a foot of ice should be a great day to fish ill post reports later :)

Welp, I decided to hang it up today myself. "POSSOM LODGE" is in the rafters. Dont see it getting better till the boat makes the big splash.:D Just wish I had more to show for all the work I put in it this year. Hope to see ya all on the river soon:cool:

I'll hang on to mine a bit longer...Prolly done with LSC, but inland lakes will take longer to decay. Definatly the time of year to excercise even more caution than normal. Weather will be warm the next couple days, and then turn cold again. We normally have about 7 inches of snow in March, So we may get a couple more weeks of hardwater on inland lakes...

LSC is DONE as far as I am concerned. not worth the risk on the big water.
