Is there a certain depth you want to stay in, or does it not matter? Just along drop offs? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are marking fish try to stay just above them.:) If you are not marking fish run some at differnt depths to see what is working. The depths can change as the day progesses.

There are a few things that help with trolling harnesses.

Depth finder - That it tuned to be able to mark fish close to the bottom and and the weeds.

GPS - To mark the fish you catch and see where you have not tagged fish. The most important is to see your speed. 1.1 may be good but you may see .9 is better.

Linecounters (spooled the same) - You may find they they will hit higher or lower.

As for the actual places to troll the harnesses move day to day. On LSC you may be able to see the boats off from Genos or Metro or the 400 club. This should be a good starting point.

PM if you have any questions. Oh and sometimes they want body baits...
