Public land question

Ok I feel stupid asking this but is their a difference between state wildlife game areas and state forest areas? I’m looking to hunt public land this turkey season and this is a first for me. The state wildlife area is the darker green and the state forest is the lighter green. So can I actually hunt in the state wildlife area or just the state game area? Sorry if this seems like a dumb question but I’ve always been blessed to hunt on my own private land, was wanting to try some public land hunting this year. Thanks for the help.
