Every year in late August and early September we set up a camera overlooking the area a giant 3 trunked Burr Oak drops its acorns. This tree seems to always produce plenty of acorns. The reconyx took over 2300 pics in two weeks. These are the best bucks we are seeing currently and many are the same as the ones I posted in the "bachelor group" thread I started about a month ago.

We have a stand in that tree. It is one of my favorite places to sit. If you look real close you can see the ladder on the back trunk.

Very, very impressive group of animals. If they are there when the acorns start falling they will come....:)
