Potatoes the small reds are great, leave the peels on if you do not over cook them like I usually do, it makes it look and taste better. I cook up about 3 lbs.

The recipe is to taste, but here is what I do.

Mix Miracle Whip, about a cup with 2 tblsp of mustard. Add a tblsp of celery seeds, 1/2 lb crisp cooked bacon chopped up fine and a whole onion chopped course. A couple turns of fresh ground pepper and mix well.

I cook the taters and cool them then cut them to bite size pieces, your choice on size and toss them with the mixture. Best to make up the mix first and add the taters so you do not turn it into paste trying to mix it all.
