Couldn’t find anything in the search on PM lake. What’s the ice conditions out of buttersville?

Wide open earlier today and with wind gusts to 40knts out of the south west we aren't making ice.

Im interested in hearing when this lake is safe. I have a buddy that's been wanting to try this lake out. We've never fished it before, so we don't know anything about it. Im assuming it gets some perch.

Deeeep perch. I usually get to fish it in January/February. I have no experience for last ice around March or April. I can tell you that I’m usually finding my perch in 30-48 foot of water. The first two trips there I played in the shallows (8-18 ft) with no luck at quality fish.

That's kind of how the perch run on muskegon lake also. Im guessing white lake is probably the same.
