When I'm attempting to upload a picture, I have the files in a bitmap format. Can anyone inform me how to change it to a jpeg? Or simply post a few cam pics for me..

What kind of camera saves them as bitmap?

I can convert them for you - send me an email through my profile and I can get them back to you as jpg.

There should be a setting for picture quality where you can set it to jpg. Really no need to have it use BMP format.

You should be able to. It may prompt you for the quality, which is how much compression it uses to reduce file size. I'd set it to high and see what kind of file size you have. If the file is still very large, then maybe try medium. If you're just looking to post them online, you can also set the image size to 800x600 and that will reduce the overall file size as well.
