Got some decent rain today (looks like we may even get some more!) and ran into DRY FLY Dave on the river. My guys got cold and wet so it was an early one, but fishing wasn't all bad. Actually got a few fresh ones in one slot to take the fly like a Steelhead would!

thanks Steve. I like the idea of getting some rain to bring fish in, levels up and a stain to the water but it sure makes for some miserable conditions.

Looks like fall/winter steelies will be good this year. Already hearing reports of them hitting other rivers as well.

How does the bug water look? Floatable? N_O and i were talking about floating a section there friday.
